Extensive measures are being taken to reduce labor and energy consumption in agricultural production, save resources, use advanced technology to grow crops, and develop high-efficiency and environmentally-friendly natural electrical equipment. The Republic of Uzbekistan will further develop action strategies for 2017-2021, including "...by 2030 more than double the GDP,...2017-2020 arable land optimization, rational use of land and water resources, and the introduction of modern intensive agricultural technology". One of the important issues in performing these tasks includes the development and implementation of electrical pulse treatments for nematodes that damage plant roots.

The goal is to obtain high-efficiency electricity by modifying the components of the autonomous power source, reduce the amount of electricity generated by thermal energy, and identify renewable energy sources.

Today, solar panels are the most important source of solar energy. They are widely used as power sources for various equipment and devices. In the near future, the increase in electricity consumption should lead to a reduction in global traditional energy sources (various fossil fuels). Therefore, we need to develop and use alternative energy sources, especially from our only inexhaustible natural energy source-the sun.

In the future, solar panels will be the main suppliers of solar energy, because they directly convert solar energy into electric energy, which have the advantages of high coefficient, low operating cost, insufficient constant power, and no pollution to the environment. Recently, extensive research has been conducted on the development of low-cost flat and thin-film solar panels, concentrating systems, and many other ideas. In the future, it can be expected that the cost of individual solar cells and large-scale solar panels built on them will be so low that large-scale use of solar energy is economically feasible. Generally, the working principle of solar cells (the rp conductivity of a substance) has only one characteristic energy-for example, the band gap.
