Longer format case studies, and shorter “briefs” include details on the development process, financial data, lessons learned, and site photos.

ULI has published its first deal profile featuring a net zero building–The NetWork Building by Entegrity Energy Partners located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Entegrity Energy Partners—an energy services, sustainability, and solar development company—developed a net zero commercial office space for company use, along with 28 market-rate apartments in downtown Fayetteville.
This structure combines Entegrity’s new office building with 28 market-rate apartments to form a three-story mixed-use development. An initial goal of this project was to achieve net zero; beyond wanting to ensure that their offices were as green as possible, they also had a goal of leading by example. By using simple design and off-the-shelf technologies, Entegrity was able to enhance the building’s efficiency while keeping costs down. They achieved net zero energy through thoughtful passive design and on-site solar panels, including bifacial modules as awnings.
